About
Voting and ticketing, built in South Africa.
A platform for African pageants, competitions, and award shows. Collect votes, sell tickets, and let the crowd pick a winner.
Why we built it
African pageantry is huge. Primary-school queens in Ladybrand, national finals at the Soweto Theatre, pan-African award nights in Lagos. But the tooling most organisers reach for is patched together from WhatsApp polls, Google Forms, and hand-taken cash at the door. Votes go missing, tickets get duplicated, and the organiser carries all the risk.
iKhetha is a single, proper platform: live leaderboards, scan-at-the-door QR tickets, and paid votes that settle through a South-African-registered merchant. Free to list, no monthly fees. A 15% platform fee only when you earn.
The company
iKhetha is built and operated by Kambanga (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company registered with the CIPC under K2026012823. We hold voter and ticket-buyer funds in a platform account, then pay organisers out to their bank after each event closes.
Headquartered in Johannesburg. Active across South Africa today, with a pan-African roadmap next.
