Buyer service fee
A small service fee (R3 + 4%) is added at checkout. Covers the card costs on every payment method we support.
Disputed payments
If a buyer disputes a payment and the dispute is lost, we take back that amount plus a R50 admin fee from your account. We answer the dispute for you, using the records we already have.
