For voters
Do I need an account to vote?
No. Voters and ticket buyers are anonymous. You pick a vote pack, pay, and your votes are counted. We only need your email for the receipt.
How do vote packs work?
Each pack buys a set number of votes for one contestant. A pack with a 2× promotion counts each vote twice during the promotion window. Free packs are one vote at a time, usually once per day.
Which payment methods are supported?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Instant EFT.
My vote didn't show on the leaderboard.
Leaderboards update every few seconds. If your receipt arrived but the count hasn't moved after a minute, refresh the page. Still missing? Email us with the reference on the receipt.
Can I get my money back for a vote?
Votes count the second your payment confirms, so vote packs aren't refundable. If something went wrong on our side (your contestant didn't get the votes, you were charged twice, a payment failed), email us with your receipt and we'll fix it.
For ticket buyers
Where are my tickets?
We email the tickets as QR codes right after payment. Check spam if they don't arrive within a minute. You can also open the ticket page from the email at any time.
Can I get a refund on a ticket?
It depends on the event. Each organiser sets their own ticket refund policy and you'll see it before you pay. If the event is cancelled or materially moved, we refund the ticket face value automatically (the platform fee stays). We don't refund tickets for personal reasons like a change of plan or illness.
Can I transfer a ticket?
Yes. Forward the ticket email to the new holder. Any staff scanner will accept the QR code once. First scan wins.
For organisers
How much does it cost?
Free to list. No monthly fees. A 15% platform fee only when you earn. No setup fees.
How do I get paid?
Your share is settled directly to your bank account by our payment processor. No payout requests, no waiting on transfers.
Can I export my data?
Yes. From the event dashboard, export transactions and votes as CSV any time.
How does door entry work?
Staff open the scanner on a phone at the gate and scan the QR code on each guest's ticket. Duplicate and expired tickets are flagged live.
